Yea there’s a new Gamestop that just opened on King st about a couple weeks ago… That’s where I go now to get my games since it’s 5 mins from my school.
But honestly, the gamestop I went to said the 28th is still the set date.
called gamestop again and they said it’s coming tommorrow! yay! and I pre-ordered in time. 
even EB said the same thing but they are only getting two copies. I didn’t ask how many reserves gamestop got. but the last day to pre-order was yesterday so of course this day is being used to make those orders so they arrive on time tommorrow.
Whee the wait is almost over. now just gotta find something to do. >.>

Awesome. I pre-order mine back last month. Hope it comes in tommorrow and I will go pick it up once I get out of class in the morning. I’ll go back and play some KOF 98 UM in the meantime.
It always comes the day after the day gamestop posts. At least it has for everything I’ve ever preordered.

Did you guys learn anything from SF4? No scratch that, ANYTHING that has ever been released? NEVER trust retailers dates. They are 110% willing to lie to you to get your business.

I’m shcoked EB got it earlier than Gamestop. Wow I really missed the earliest chance to get it.
I remember I talked to EB yesterday and they said they were only getting 2 copies in.
oh well. At least I’ll get it Friday.
just called my gamestop where i have it pre-ordered and they are getting a shipment at 12:30 tomorrow can’t wait at all i want it now >.<
are you serious? I called today and now my gamestop says it got moved to Friday.
and Target says they will not carry the game.

Why waste your time? I’m sure every other store is going to follow precautions and release it on the day it’s supposed to… Why not just wait? It’s only another 4-5 days until you get it… What’s the rush?
I’ve stopped caring now to be honest, it’s not like I’m going to “fall behind” or anything.
If you had the chance to get it sooner, you would go get it, I’m sure.
I really doubt gamespot will be like “oh, it’s not Friday either, please wait next week,”

hmmmm I don’t know, after that insane missed opportunity today with EBgames, I’m ready to check them Thursday and Friday morning for up to the minute status.
I have yet to hear that the game will be released this week from a reliable source other then the fact Kotaku listed this game as a release this week and Gamefaqs changed the release data info to 7/23 for some reason(Probably Buying into the whole zomg! it’s releasing early deal)
infact i don’t think Gamestop even changed they’re date for the game when it was announced that it would be coming out 7/28
which makes me less likely to accept this as fact
gamestop changed the date to um, whatever was announced for SFIV back then.
but for this game it’s different. there is no street date so they can sell it whenever they get it.
plus they ordered the shipment for this week.
unless someone at Ignition or the shipping business is pulling the strings, something is interfering with the plans to sell it this week.
EBgames managed to pull it off this week though. So maybe there is still a chance Gamestop will too.
I have it reserved at gamestop so I’m definitely getting a copy when they have it.
I Will Give Them A Call Friday and if they have it then I’ll Get It otherwise oh well one more week…(waiting for this is getting boring)
I just talked to my local Game Stop here in Las Vegas and the guy told me I should be able to pick up my copy tomorrow!

And I HATE calling Target because of that stupid slow machine. #4 is electronics I think but one of them said they won’t carry it.
