is the oz inf only on ps2 and is it on arrange and cade modes?
Since when did Akuma become high tier in 3s? He takes damage like a bitch and his supers are nowhere near as potent as they were in 2I. I think people just rank Dudley, Akuma, Makoto, etc. higher to piss off Ryu players. I think tiers are the worst thing to happen to fighting games because then people only want to use two or three people because X player said so. Or they find excuses to not play a game because X, Y, and Z player only pick “top tier”. Fuck tiers.
Where are there SNK tournaments or competitions? I have a hard enough time finding competition for Capcom and Sammy games let alone SNK games. Probably have to take a boat to Japan.

About the Ozzy “infinite”- it’d be hard to enforce a fair, consistent rule about it. You can’t just ban using df+A; banning the unblockable after knockdown isn’t necessary IMHO; so do people just ban the “infinite” along with the post-KO unblockable? Like, you’re not allowed to standalone df+A after a reset in the corner? It’s not like banning the “infinite” is going to hurt Oswald’s game much, he already gets a ton of damage off a df+A connect as it is.
Then again, Vanessa’s infinite isn’t banned yet either. But her infinite kinda sucks, especially compared to a basic Ozzy Ace combo, much less his “infinite.” So shrug.
I don’t think the game is going to suffer any from banning it, though I will admit getting ban happy itself could be detrimental. But since it is something of a glitch, so shrug. I do think letting people “infinite” with Oswald is going to hurt the game though, and this game needs all the exposure it can get so I dunno if that’d be the best thing.
Geez I can already see that one scrubby guy in Austin who does the Oswald unblockable on the rare occasion that his Oswald KOs someone going crazy over this. haha.
well, if you keep dfA on the incoming banned the inf can be allowed 'cause at least you can kill one single chara as you can with vanessa
so it can be threated as a normal 100%
the only thing i fear now that will be an oswald festival with scrubs that play to land the unblockable

Okay, I’ve been working on it. And here is what I did.
I recorded the commands on training mode, then I tested it against myself, yeah I couldn’t block it, so that means I didn’t miss the thing. Alright now what I tried was
Mash on the roll button: I was able to roll escape it on occasions, but that kinda sucks because as I roll I can get 2Ked into a combo. :x
Do an LDM: Some LDMs were able to break through it.
So thankfully this thing seems to be breakable thus far, hopefully lol. It is still a pretty darn nice trap. And I don’t think my execution doing it was the cause of me being able to escape it by myself lol.
And if it was my execution doing the thing the cause of me escaping it, then I have no idea. D:
EDIT: GRAGH! I noticed I can’t roll escape on the first repetion, but only on the second, same with LDMs… And when I looked closely at my record, I notice I do the second one a bit slower than the first one… SO DAMN, I bet I was only able to escape it cuz I missed the timing. So after all this thing could have tight timing.
So for the moment, I’ll like to label this as escapable, for the sake of not breaking the game even more. :3

Can someone explain to me how the command thing works in training mode? I can’t figure it out for the life of me. Granted, I haven’t tried too too hard, but I’ve looked at it a few times and gone ‘wtf’. I’ve tried recording and then importing it into ‘real’ training mode, but I can’t seem to get it to work. Someone please break it down for me.
Also, is Ralf’s LDM invincible once he launches into the punch? I wanted to test this…but I have no way to.
Ugh…Kyo whores will just HH B you ALL DAY until you get annoyed enough by it and try to counter then it’s C, F+B QCF+C chain.
Another thing about Kyo players that makes them gay is when you try to get close to them they just spaz Cr. B to keep you out with it’s aggravating as fuck, even if you roll through it you get nailed from BEHIND and eat a combo.
Is there any character that is Anti-Kyo?
