I was just checking out MCZ website and noticed they no longer have the date of November 22nd as the release date for the TE2 on the preorder page. They don’t have any date at all anymore there. Hopefully those of us who preordered it on day1 get it by November 22nd still.
There’s an XBox One Headquarters in Toronto at 11 Bloor St West. It has vs cpu, vs player, survival, practice, dojo mode and Sadira. There’s also a REPLAY menu that shows recorded matches from local play “couldnt test if this works for online play”. But it seems this feature is automatic and without the DVR option. Only problem with this location is the controllers seem to have suffered from “button masher abuse” resulting in the controllers being really funky… they don’t work so well… X_X

My local Microsoft store has KI and Forza on display so i finally got a chance to play this game. You should check your microsoft stores if you havnet played yet. First off, the pad is a bit “clicky” but after a couple of games i was able to pull off my moves without problems, if you’re a pad player you’ll be fine after a couple hours.it does look allot better in person, just beautiful, in fact all of eh randoms walking by in the mall would stop and comment on it lots of “wows” from people of all ages, Forza got no play.
The build they had there was missing Orchid, and the only character i didn’t play was Sadira, but so far really like the way Glacius and Thunder feel. Glacius will take some time to play correctly but with Thunder you can just jump right in and do damage. I only once with each character but, im prolly gonna hit them up again and put in a little more time with the game.
Yeah this is the first build where Sadira is finally available for public play. Went to the MS store in Tysons Corner VA. Definitely got vibes of Ibuki and some Marvel characters from playing her. Definitely going to be playing her on the side for sure. If I get a chance I’ll go back there tomorrow to get another fix.
I think a remake of the old Arcade version with prerendered animated graphics (but in higher resolution) would be better. If you’ve only seen the SNES version of KI, you’ve nevern seen KI.
For anyone who says that no matter what they’ll like KI1 better, then I want them to admit that they have absolutely no desire to ever see KI be any sort of a decent fighter and just want to ride on the series great presentation.
Well, there has been talk of doing that from Ken Lobbs. But you gotta realize, HD remakes don’t sell consoles, especially at launch.
I want a KI1&2 HD remake with online play as well, so hopefully they will do that later on. But as fun as those games were, they still lacked depth. If you wanted to play anything but a rushdown, you were out of luck.
For what its worth, the $40 version of KI3 comes with a perfect arcade port.
I have a dilemma here… My local Microsoft store does not carry the Pin ultimate edition ( as i thought it would) so it seems the only way to get it is to pre order it and have it shiped… The released date is says 11-22-13 but when i went to place the pre order there were shipping options. For next day its an extra $16 and that’s still NEXT day, not day one… Im getting my box Thursday at midnight, and there is no way im waiting 3-7 days play that shit…
Help me out here and clarify Is the Pin ultimate edition just for the case and pins? As much as i want it, i could live with out that but from what i understood you were also supposed to get early access to the season one stuff before it officially released (Spinal & Fulgore) am i making that up?? Pin Ultimate version is basically everything in the ultra combo version + pins. You’re basically paying 20 dollars for pins and pin book. You’re not getting anything else that you can’t already get with Ultra Combo pack.
@onyx No B&M MS stores are going to carry Pin Ultimate, it’s only available online. Additionally, fwiw, I talked to the MS people in chat multiple times and they verified that I will have it on or before 11/22, and I selected ground shipping. They even called me on the phone like 4 hours after a chat online, to let me know that the person verified that I will get it on or before the 22nd.
As far as what the item entails, I’m pretty sure it is just the Ultimate Edition + the case and pins.
