Kind of wanted to talk about the main theme music for a second. This is something I noticed from the very beginning of the announcement of the game. If you listen to music played in the trailer, its basically the theme that has been in the game for a while. If you’re not sure what I’m talking about, its basically the one Mick Gordon previewed on this site http://www.killerinstinctcentral.com/exclusive-killer-instinct-xbox-one-music-suite/
Ok, now, if you listen to this theme from this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJJuhGrEpWc You will notice that it sounds different. IMO, I like this theme a lot more. Now what was interesting to me is that in a video Max did, he said that he was talking with Mick, and that the theme that he previewed on Soundcloud will not be the final version of it, and that was in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_gdw0LmDCk&list=PLitZkRNNn1LgEdDkyuQfbcJ9Wc5TBWfqn&index=22 . So, I guess I’m a little confused. On the stream they did today, when they got to the part where they were talking about the Dojo, I noticed that the theme music continued to play through to the other part of the original theme instead of the repeating the part that Mick had teased. So have they changed their mind and decided to stay with that theme or not? I kind of hope not, I loved the theme they had in that Jago Combo Montage video.
They haven’t used that older version of the track since E3. Unless it’s added in the killer cuts version of the song, you probably won’t hear it otherwise.
Just found out that the arcade stick will have special indicators with the LEDs. Like when your instinct mode is ready, the HP and HK buttons on your stick will flash repeatedly to signify what to press to activate it.
Something tells me that stage has an Easter Egg in the form of Ultras triggering the destruction of its walls, causing it to become a Rooftop.

I hate typically hate artwork on sticks so that is a day one removal - not worried about the art. All I care about now?
Price, release, availability.
I’m currently on the fence about my pre-order for an XBOne (trying to buy a house, need that money for downpayment and every bit helps) - so I’m trying to budget ‘exactly’ how much I need. I figure it won’t be a sell out item (the stick), but if say each GS only gets one of them, or TRU doesn’t get it, or Walmart doesn’t get it…hell right now GS and Da Internetz are the only place I expect to be able to get it - so how hard will it be to get?
Because honestly, if I can’t get my hands on a stick until after Xmas - then I don’t need to worry about getting my XBOne until after Xmas.

If you have a 360 it should be on the dashboard already. Anytime I turn on the Xbox Killer Instinct is already on the front page and shit.

No, it’s just the wording is poor so it makes you think you are getting the full game until you read the fine print. All you get is Shadow Jago, but they word it as if you’re getting the whole game. They’re just giving you the same game you can get yourself for free (that comes with regular Jago) and they’re just throwing in an Xbox Live renewal exclusive character after you download the game (Shadow Jago).
So really there’s nothing to worry about. Although it’s not confirmed, you should be able to just buy the Ultra pack and then purchase the Xbox Live deal which gives you the character Shadow Jago. You’ll already have the game installed plus all of the content from the Ultra pack, so the Xbox Live offer will basically just be throwing an extra 9th character onto your ultra pack. 6 characters on launch + exclusive Shadow Jago which is 7. Then the last 2 characters that make up the original 8 for the Ultra pack/Season 1 will release by Feb and be open for early beta testing before then.

Yeah the Day 1 XBL is basically you paying $20 - $25 just to use Shadow Jago. Definitely not worth it IMO. You can find 12 months of XBL easily for $35 - $40 pretty much any day of the week.
