that makes him a perfect DLC candidate. Being added after the core game is done means they don’t have to be restricted to whatever shitty story this game will have.
But if you don’t have a solid storyline, you can’t sell the game. You can’t just resucitate Cinder and Chief Thunder. Then continuity gets all fucked. I mean, people didn’t play SCV because story mode wasn’t complete.
Which is pretty funny because right now they’re doing a damn fine job of convincing me to set aside some budget for upgrading my PC to better gaming specs. I wonder how far four hundred and ninety-nine US dollars will get me insofar as that goal goes…
…I’m guessing you don’t remember the PSOne days of Tekken dominance.
And yeah, call me stupid, but I’m considering buying the console just to get Killer Instinct. I’m saving up now and waiting until its official release. If it sucks, Microsoft won’t get my money. But if it’s the excellent that Rare is known for…well, it’ll be one game I won’t have to worry about trading in.
it didn’t need throws because everyone had a really fast overhead that could be combo’d from. didn’t play much of KI2 but i hated it. from the spooky tweets it looks like this one so far is a mix of both.
from what they showed i’m really disappointed. it just doesn’t look like KI and the animations look worse than the original. the combos and hitstun animations also look really bad. to top it off it’s from that shitty studio. WWWWWWWHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Gargos was a punk! Eyedol was the best final boss in the series!
And what I’m really hoping/dreading is Orchid’s reveal. We all remember that big leap Rare took with her in appearance…will she be more Chun-Li or Mai Shiranui?
A lot farther than you think. Truth about PC gaming is that you don’t really need to drop an exorbitant amount of money to enjoy it. You also don’t have to update your PC with the latest card every year. If you spend wisely, a good gaming PC will last you 3-4 years while putting in work doing other tasks.
If you can build your own rig, you save a lot of money. If you can build your own rig and snipe out deals, you can get away with murder price wise.
Pertho: Yeah, assembling it won’t be a problem, I have a workspace set aside for this sort of thing. Just haven’t had a need for high-spec components for a while now (what I have now WAS, past tense, a high-spec gaming PC and is just now starting to suffer serious issues with current titles) and will have to look up what parts are reasonably ‘future proofed’ (within the 3 to 4 years you cite) and within a reasonable budget for me. I can think of a decent number of games either recently released or coming up that this would be a good investment for me, I just need to finish my research and do it rather than just talking about it.
