Wow these British actors seem to be very talented at imitating the standard American accent. I would’ve never guessed that Kickass was British. I only thought Mark Strong was the only Brit in the movie.
I remember the main Boss as Archie from Rock N’ Rolla (Guy Ritchie/U.K. movie a la Snatch/Two Smoking Barrels), and Lord Blackwood in Sherlock Holmes.

Fun fun movie. I could have just lived with HG and BD for the whole thing though. KA was cute but the fact that he never got lessons on stepping his game up didn’t help. RM was faggadocious.

Seriously, there were a lot of aspects of this movie that did a better job than the comic ever did.
Reading the comic gave you a “meh” feeling after finishing it, nothing to write home about.
The movie on the other hand… I could not believe how good it was, holy shit.

Just now watched this, liked the Scott Pilgrim shout out and obviously Big Daddy/Hit Girl. Funniest scene was when Red Mist walked into his dad doing coke again, his inhalation > FADC > immediate cover up combo fucking floored me
