Possibly dumb question, but has anyone noticed that at about max run range if you try and throw you’ll get a s.lk?
I’ve tried this a ton of times so I’m about as reasonably certain as I can be that it isn’t input error, and when I turn on inputs it definitely shows lp+lk being pushed at the same time. When I try it at literally any other range, I get throw as expected.
The range I’m talking about is if the opponent is in the right corner in Bustling Side Street and you put your front foot on the white parking line you should be able to recreate what I’m getting.
Yes DP cancel into V-trigger saves half your ass basically. The problem is that it’s -5 yes but there is the v-trigger freeze before so it’s annoying because it makes it quite easy to punish since it ruins the surprise effect. But it can definitly catch people who were already thinking “sweet CC combo here I come”.
Ken fireball are really weird, I mean I fear the day I am going to fuck up and fireball on Laura from too close, hit her and get punished by CA. I think it’ possible since Laura super is 4 frame start-up, I need to test that. His EX is cool tho.
Babybel is my number 1 Ken. But he plays more to my play style. You might like more aggressive Ken like Chris T. I also think Brentiscool is the second best Ken I’ve seen. He really could have beat infiltration if he didn’t drop so much.
