So now that means we have to use cr.lk, cr.lp to hit confirm into fp.srk instead of just cr.lk x2, fp.srk.
Granted if it doesn’t do a shit ton of push back.

The confirm I’ve been using was cr.LP, s.LP, s.LK xx HP SRK/MK Tatsu. It doesn’t start from a low though.

I just hope his Tatsu still hits crouchers unlike Ryu’s.
Why would they remove cr.lk cancel at all? What the fuck? It’s the simplest of combo formula, short short super!
You can just use cr.lk/lp, cr.lp xx super.
Ken’s HK was useful for V-Trigger cancel or to combo afterwards with cr MP and stuff.
As a normal would be more used to MU’s like Karin who hers st MK and cr MK are really good against Ken and they would stay from a distance to check your cr MK or whiff punish your cr MP , if they are thinking to make it like cr HP on CC then its better to dont be CC at all and make his cr MK better since he has cr HP and EX air tatsu if he wants to juggle/reset afterwards ,
I want to see what they exactly did to his Hado.About cr LK to me its like either both Ryu and Ken have it (more chars from the roster as well) or noone of them

I am a grappler hater my self but i want to be objective , characters who their gameplan is based on command throws has an actual meaning their cr LK be cancelable (claw isnt even supposed to have a command grab to begin with , thats something that makes me mad) , lets say they get in your face then u think i got to:
- jump
- backdash
- dp
So their cr LK find u standing and convert off of it
EH has a post with the characters frame data from the latest build. If these are correct and they stay till release, Ken is f*cked.
Stand HP start-up increase to 9 frames.
stand MK start-up increase to 8 frames.
Cr MK start-up increase to 6 frames.
Cr LP start-up increase to 4 frames.
Cr lp nerf removes some v-skill combos and makes his anti frame-trap defense weaker.
Cr mk nerf makes a bad button even worse than it was. Its only real use is counter pocking so any increase in start-up reduces its effectiveness.
Standing mk nerf means you get to punish less stuff and your frame-traps into st mk are now easy to interrupt.
As for the standing HP nerf, well, say bye bye to frame-traping into it for CC.
Some more changes i noticed to Eventhub’s frame data compared to the previous one:
Tatsumaki LK start up now 3 frames from 4
Tatsumaki EX start up now 8 frames from 7
B+MK frame advantage on hit now 0 from +1
There may be a mistake to Shoryuken EX it says start up 1 frame while to previous was 3
We should wait and dont take anything for granted yet i guess
Ken nerfs are in full effect. Looks like run combos no longer work unless it’s a CC and no more c.mp link to super since there’s more startup to the super or c.mp has less advantage.
