In regards to tiers, looking at that chart it appears to be solely based on the total number of wins after adding up all the specific matchups, Akuma appears to be 1 from making high tier.
I’m not sure if I would bump Rufus or not, but according to this chart all of his “bad matchups” are against characters that see heavy use so, maybe.

yeah the thing with that tier list is, alot of the top characters win all there matchups against the bottom tier. Would be interesting to see the tiers based only on matches against the top ten characters. I geuss ill check that sometime.

We do Friday night hookups at my place. Attendance is anywhere from 6-12 players usually, though we had about 15 the night before the tournament. Games start at about 5, or 7, and I text people prior to games usually. If you want directions, PM me, and we’ll get you out to one.
Chachi also does hookups at the Chachidome, and I believe those are on Thursday?
We feature SFIV, Guilty Gear Accent Core, and usually after everyone has kinda chilled out, we throw on Tekken DR. BlazBlue and T6 BR will join our lineup later this year.
The way I’m seeing people get hyped, I’m going to have to talk to the management and confirm a date for our first monthly. There’s no question about it, it’s necessary. Glad to see the interest.

If it takes standard composite video (yellow), ben-ra bought an amp with 4 outputs…so we can do input from ps3 and then output to the TV, laptop(recording), and projector and its all lagless.
