This really is old school vs new school.
ST (1994), A2 (1996) are the older games which Valle should take.
MvC2 (2000), CvS2 (2001) are the newer games which Wong should take.
The deciding factor is 3S (1999) which just so happens to have been released right in the middle of the other games.

I have played Alex Valle before and I personally think he’s a very strong player. He has alot of depth and his execution of moves is very solid. Sometimes I think he is too aggressive during a match, but I guess that’s his playing style.
That’s his style. He plays to beat you before you even get started. Having a good defensive game is important but if you’re just that good at figuring people out then do what you gotta do I say. After watching him play against Daigo during Evo 2k6 I say he doesn’t have a problem playing defensively when he needs to. I mean Daigo is pretty much the Japanese equivalent of Alex Valle. Someone’s gotta calm down and wait things out. :lol:
This match can still happen, but we are removing it from the big screen Saturday night. We feel that Choi vs Justin would be more interesting.
We actually encourage this match to still happen in the BYOC.
