Her Pinwheel Kicks look quite safe in comparison to a SRK since it leaves you on the ground rather than 50ft in the air. In any case the low health will throw off all the scrubs as they realize they’ll have to work harder for their wins.

Not according to the scrubs who would like nothing less then air fb to guarantee a safe jump in and allow them to rushdown. At least based on the amount of whiner’s I’ve seen on Capcom Unity who complain that Akuma “doesn’t play like he used to” and is “too hard to win with.”

Viper is a great character to use and she places decent spots in tourney from what I seen at least.
She is a decent character. Not Mediocre. She is a solid mid tier kinda like Litchi of BB:CT. She is completely viable on the tourney level.

In all the hubbub surrounding the confirmation of Dudley, Ibuki, and Makoto for Super Street Fighter IV, Capcom slipped in a screen shot with what looks like Juri’s alternate costume. It’s not the greatest screen shot in the world but I’d have to give the costume a tentative thumbs down. Apologies if someone has pointed this out already.
