Yeah Viper has glaring issues that keep her from being top tier but luckily most of the SFIV cast is so underwhelming in scare factor and general damage dealing that Viper shines regardless.

why do they always seem to get people who have lived in isolation on a farm their whole life and have never even seen a piece of electronic equipment to make gameplay videos.

I’ll agree Juri’s alt is uninspiring, was kinda hoping for a bit of a reversal where she shows off her legs rather than some side-boobage Alas we get no legs or side-boobage, just some naked belly action.
I take it you haven’t seen the Juri vs. Cammy and Chun-Li trailer?
Of course I have, what’s your point? There’s no speech in that cinematic.
“Officer” most likely refers to Chun Li who is an Interpol officer.
I’d say it’s a reference to the upcoming animated film, in which Juri delivers a sound thrashing to Chun Li judging by the trailer.
I wonder if the movie serves as a prequel.
