Wrong, Vangief was on gamepad, Gamerbee has stick
No jwong in finals, let alone top 8. Wow…strange evo indeed.
More like best EVO!
I don’t usually care for cinderella underdog stories. historic rival battles mean more, even if outcome is expected.
Further validating that JWong is overrated and over hyped even with a cheesey and easy char as his main arsenal. Just my opinion so let the flames fire up for any haters etc…
And I give mad props to anyone who can hold their own on a pad. Blisters must hurt like fawck not to mention thumps. Wow and ouch.
<-game pad user w/ akuma
It’s possible… Though I’m pretty sure the announcers said that Gamerbee was using a pad. In fact, I believe they mentioned the fact that JWong was beat TWICE by gamepad users… I can’t see the replay of it now (vids not uploaded yet) and confirm visually, but I’d like to know for sure.
Where can I see a video of the match between tokido and JR?
You fought the rest
Now try the best
He´s not kidding.
Same here. I dont find it as too much of a handicap, but I have tried stick and noticed stuff comes out much easier on one
It’s called cocaine, bro
no, serious, I hear you. I went to Dreamhack in Sweden, where Ryan Hart and Luffy attended. They where allowed a setup for themselves to sit by and practice, while others had to wait outside the setup-area, only to play their matches when called in. Bummer, and I really don’t approve that kindda special treatment. Makes no sense letting the favorites stay warm and sharp and all the rest can just wait.
It wouldn’t matter in my case anyway though, I would’ve lost to them, but still.
Lmao! Poor Tokido.
Lmao! Poor Tokido.
I really don’t care what people say, when you consistantly base your wins on raging demons,
‘your doing it wrong’
With akuma.
He’s a offensive machine if you win off raging demons, other wise called by teleports and u just throw it out on desperation and magically land it. Bottom line your not better.
No disrespect to JR, but that cross up tatsu into failed OS raging demon, that he blocked is nothing more than luck
Tokido still could of easily won evo or place top 3, if he didn’t sit in the corner with against floe to wow U2 shanagins off Rufus spin. Tokido regularly gets out of the corner. All that aside he lost no excuses BUT
Tokido still is the better player than floe, that counter picking fuck nut top tier whore.
Most overrated sagat player I’ve seen in my life
the full match isnt uploaded yet?
You’re blinded by fanboyism.
although he is rude, hes sort of right.
if there was a money match ft5 between tokido and JR,im pretty sure he should be doing a lot more than demons to win.
the floe match was really pathetic tbh,not only was i surprised to see tokido not reacting to the dumb repeated jumpins,he also made quite a few execution errors.i dont know about jr,since i havent been following him all that well, but i can bet my income that floe wont be able to
beat tokido with a rufus like that in an ft10 or a ft5.
the only difference i see between daigo and the other japanese players is that daigo is always quick to adjust to the insurmountable number of parlour tactics being thrown in a supposed high level tourny.the sheer stupidity of stuff like jumping in for the 3rd time caught tokido offguard,he’s just not as good at adapting to bs.
also it was unfortunate to see how both of eita’s losses where to adons.
So you’re saying that Tokido is a better player than JR because he can’t adapt to basic shit in a best of 3 set and loses because of it?
Your logic is infallible.
Stupid Retarded Kids, you never let me down
Do go on
haha that is lame. Seems to me like jr’s game plan is to get his shit pushed in until ultra 1 is ready and then spam out raging demon, he gets really lucky with his random demons.
