Nothing at hotmail or yahoo. I don’t think the problem is with on your side as much as it is with hotmail. My initial confirmation e-mail was in the junk folder by default, lol. Don’t know about yahoo though.

name i chose was “RAD Sticks”

k try it now

thanks alot shoo…all sorted! :lovin:

Got the yahoo one for a new account, but still no go for hotmail. Doesn’t really matter anymore, I guess.

Never received an email after registering so that I may activate my account. What gives?

^^

under what name are you registered?

i dont even see you in the unregistered list

theres definitely some weirdness with hotmail going on. I tested that and I also didnt get the registration email in hotmail. I did get it when using gmail addresses and other domain name email accounts though. I am working on the hotmail issue.

The login issues mentioned earlier in the thread have been addressed by fixing the cookie settings so that should be resolved. Thanks for the heads up guys!

ok, so this idea popped up in the tekken 3 stick thread here:

http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=145039

a thread for something like stick reviews and mod guides for all commercial sticks. i was wondering if joystickvault could host something like that. of course the content would have to be user-submitted, too.

Check out my new stick!!! Please comment!!! I’m Kabal there, also :stuck_out_tongue:

Hey guys. I just posted my first stick ever (both made/modded and posted) on the site. Please be honest with the ratings/comments since I am very aware that I made mistakes and that not everything is nice and neat. Thanks and I hope you like the stick!

I understand that the site is setup for stick builders so before anything else, let me say that I didn’t make my Ryu-Custom. It was made by a guy here from Chicago who posts but not so much anymore. Everything Sanwa. He sold it to me at a helluva good price. I get comments and questions about it all the time. In fact, I’ve even gotten a few good offers for it but I don’t plan on selling. I posted it because several people have complimented me on it so I always make it a point to take no credit for it whatsoever.

The SFAC Stick was sold to me by someone else from Chicago. Pretty basic actually. Just swapped out the stick and buttons for HAPP’s.

The HRAP2 was bought by me when they re-released them several months ago. Swapped out the buttons for Sanwa’s and left the L1 and L2 buttons on the end. This way, I can pick the 2nd set of colors in AH and it offsets the colors of the turbo switches.

These are all the sticks I currently own ATM.

This is something I’ve been meaning to ask. What does the “Comments:” count actually refer to? I know I don’t have that many comments. Is it the number of times you’ve been rated?

Its cool as long as in your stick description you give credit where its due. Two of my sticks posted are cases made by finkle although I wired them myself. I list that he made the cases in the description and also his name in the keywords.

It actually is the comment count. Your profile says you have 24 comments and going through your sticks posted I counted 20 comments and I didnt event get through all your photos so its totally plausible.

On another note…Keep posting up your stick photos people! Its great to be able to search sticks by keywords, color, part types etc. for inspiration. Also a reminder that you are free to use the image links provided to post those photos on any site.
