The dvd/blu ray releases are uncensored, they where only censored for broadcast tv.
I got Volume 2 a few weeks ago, and I plan on getting 3 soon enough.

Hm. Never read part 4 myself. I’ve seen Parts 1-3 anime wise, and I enjoyed the ride (Battle Tendency more than others, but I did enjoy part 1 and 3 a lot later on when things got more interesting). I hear part 4 is very good, so I’m hyped. Maybe I’ll like it more than Part 2, who knows?
