Didnât want to say anything at first cause I was initially disappointed (still excited to have DiU animated though). I know animation was pretty cheap for the first 3 stories but at least put some effort in for the DiU trailer lol. As long as the fights look good I donât really give a fucc.
I think Jotaro looks terrible though in comparison to the other characters as well as his anime Stardust Crusaders version
Did he have a different voice actor in all-star battle? That voice sounded more fitting imo

Stardust Crusaders anime switched between ânaturalâ colors and vibrant colors pretty frequently it seemed. This season, they are sticking with a vibrant color for the entire episode. I suppose they are trying to reflect Hirohiko Arakiâs DiU artwork.
third episode was great.
josuke vs. okuyasu fight was pretty trippy, the colors and especially the effects they were using for the aura around the characters was cool.

I wasnt keen on the art after watching the 1st episode but I chilled by the 2nd, just took some getting used too, its still classic JoJo.

I have these sets all the way up to the end of Star Dust Crusaders yet someone brought it to my attention that these are the âbootlegâ copies ripped straight from the show. I mean I donât really mind either way because they are relatively cheap and the other alternative offers no english subs w/ the Japanese audio:

Well the uncensored versions were on Japanese Blu Ray and those first two links are bootleg Malaysian flea market looking shit. Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency had American DVD releases with dubs so the last link is probably legit. Either way, the quality is probably shite compared to the JP BluRay release
