As I see it, you don’t have anything to apologize for man. Obviously, it’s a really public, somewhat awkward situation and I’m sure I would have been freaked out after making such a thread just as you said you were, but you’ve been more than generous in your being open-minded to all sides of the story and generally not doing anything but stating the truth as you see it more respectfully/gently than a lot of people would have. If other people can’t talk about it or are too afraid to be as open and honest as you’ve been in such a public way, that’s their issue, not yours.
