From what I remember from playing online ages ago, Gief ticks are nigh inescapable. This leads to crap like blocked splash ticked into spd becoming a top tier tactic because jumpins can only be stopped by anticipating and not simply reacting with an anti-air.

Actually, what concerns me the most about these forums is the fact that the majority of posters here:
a) Flame the hell out of anyone who makes a comment.
b) Toss around the word scrub, even though close to 80% of them don’t know the words meaning.
c) Jump on the dick of any former game champion and make tons of threads about them, and disregard anyone else who doesn’t have some kind of godly status at their favorite VIDEO GAME of choice.
It’s shocking and sad to see this, maybe I just find it hard to believe that 90% of people who play competitive street fighter are complete and total assholes and/or rejects of life. I mean what does it cost you to be nice to someone? Just in case you didn’t know, SRK is becoming a grand joke amongst the other fighting game websites. You guys are the laughing stock of competitive gaming communities everywhere, and yet you guys are totally oblivious to it, and continue to flame eachother like kindergarden animals and existing in your shallow pond while other sites use your posts for a quick laugh. I can’t stress enough how pathetic the lot of you are.
And to the mods/admins of the site: You guys better start getting your asses to work, because I can’t stress how much of a joke this site has become, not to mention a model for complete chaos and disorder. Although I can careless anyway, I moved on from this place a long time ago(as I suspect many others have as well) and just visit once in a while to check up on Street Fighter happenings.
