Spek when do you plan on leaving for final round? starting to save up my funds and I would like to reserve a ride months in advance.
to be honest…my car is already full for final round. you are a little late on that one! lol
for reference though…i will be leaving here thursday (march 10th) and coming back the monday after.

Lol, Righthanded, its Luke. We used to play smash together but anyhow. We have casuals usually on mondays and thursdays at spektrums house but you’ll want to check this forum for notifications of what time they start and/or day.
If anyone’s ever in the Daytona Beach area, I’m always down for hosting casuals, don’t have the best of setups (360, 2 pads, no sticks, one CRT) but I’m always willing to play.

it is very situational and depends on your opponent. you can try it once and if they block the mixup…just go for damage the rest of the match. that is how i would do it.

Definitive damage. You get all of the reset options with oki options from the knockdown and eliminate all risk from someone who can block or an opponent with a good reversal and two bars being able to escape pressure.

I’m not sure about casuals next week. Probably won’t be doing much until next weekend. Fallout New Vegas comes out on Tuesday and I’ll be spending the week playing that.
