For starters we were thinking of just doing 5 dollar pool fees per game you enter. Running AE, MvC3, MK9. Splitting 60/30/10 (no house). If people would rather do 10 pool just let me know. I have TIO loaded and ready and Iāll be doing nothing but watching that stuff and making sure everything runs smooth.
Tyger should be passing me roughly 4 setups or so today (to add to my two) so we should be good to go for Sunday. Any extras are just gravy.
Iāll base the actual specifics (number of setups) on how many entrants we actually get per game.
Also if anyone wants a side tourney on a specific game we can talk about that the day of.
Iād really like to actually start around 5 so we have enough time to get through the whole thing. Maybe actually kickoff around 5:30 so thereās a bit of a grace period.

I just dropped off 4 monitors, an xbox and a ps3 to birds! so you guys should have a good amount of monitors to start off with. Hopefully you guys would be just as generous as this past Sunday with bringing setups and monitors. The more you have, the faster things will flow. Good luck to you guys!

Yep that brings me up to personally holding 6 monitors and 3 systems.
Sying has promised me a couple more systems and I believe one monitor.
Two more systems on top of that (volunteers?) would put us at a full 7 setups. Anything extra is just bonus.

There will definitely be a side tourney for 3s. If you are bringing a system please be there as close to 4:30 as you can so we can make sure all the stuff is there in plenty of time to get it setup.

@everyone who plans to come by and attend I have a lot less space in the house for setups so an fyi it will probably be very crowded. If you plan to drink keep it at a minimum my roomy and I recently acquired a monster couch and we already had one accident(fucking dogs) on it and I want to make sure everybody knows to be careful around it.
Oh btw this is meant for the hammerhall tournament so please bring a set up for mvc3 and mk9. I got super taken care ofā¦actually someone just bring a super disc or ae disc. Mine just crapped out on as I typed this hahaha.
