I agree completely. I mean, let’s face it - judging by those opening rounds, Justin had put Daigo in a really crazy place where The Beast looked goddamn lost. It just so happens that one of Daigo’s key strengths lies in figuring out what his opponents are up to.
So yeah, if Justin would have gone Rog the whole time, then sure, maybe it would have bought him the win. But, if you ask me, it’s really more likely that Daigo would have just had an extra couple of rounds to get to know Justin’s Rog even better. In the end, it would might’ve actually led to a really ugly beating.

Well thats because some japanese cant pronounce “r” properly, they get confused over “r” and “l” all the time 
Ryu’s correct pronunciation is like someone said earlier, “you” with an R in front, and said as a 1 syllable word. Maybe you can delay it a lil and sound like ree-you and it’ll still sound correct but its really 1 syllable.

it lived up to the hype to the excitement it was a well played out match by both i was rooting for justin. and i loved it when he poked out normals . but daigo downloaded him and focused more at the end but he didnt give up any matches. justin just brought the heat

But guys, I just can’t understand why Justin Wong and his crew are always acting like complete bad manners kids.
I mean, he always shows no respect at all for his opponent.
I do a lot of sports, I was even sponsored to play videogames (War III), and I have no idea how you could cheer your mate to bother the opponent (it’s obvious on the vid) or standing up and yelling BEFORE the end of the match.
I mean, he DOESN’T need that.
He is a great player but usually when you dedicated the most part of your life doing something and working to get better at it, you understand that what is the important is to keep enjoying and sharing your passion with your rival for your sport/videogame or w/e.
That’s just my point of view.
In the end if we ONLY look at the game, they are really impressive.

No doubt that JWong is a very talented player, but he needs to learn humility and respect. Take John McEnroe for example, he was a good tennis player at his time but his on-field antics have lead to many labelling him a massive douche.

i lost 10 bucks because of this match, but IMO daigo milked it for the hype, to get it 2/2. still great matches tho, but as a cammy player i think i woulda wanted to see sanford take it home/play daigo, even tho i think he woulda been the weaker player daigos unfamiliarity with console chars mightve even’d it up, atleast for a match or 2…i hope…
