Chun li gets a hit and do crumple magic then raw tag Frank in, Frank slide start combo THC with Chun li’s kick super camera, she lunches them at the end Frank sj :s: lands call chun li kick assist then camera shot lvl 5. U guys think hit stun will kill that set up or it sounds beautiful… I hope it works bec i got nothing else…

I have a request. Can someone with UMvC3 please test the following to see if they work? They’re very simple, just a set of 2-meter THCs. After doing an air combo ending with j.S for the ground-bounce, can you successfully THC into, with Frank on point, any of the following and land at least one camera shot?
Frank (Weapons Cart) in conjunction with…
Zero (Rekkoha, any assist gets you this)
Ryu (Shinkuu Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, enabled via picking his Shoryuken or Tatsu assists)
Storm (Hail Storm, or any other Super. Hail Storm accessed via picking Whirlwind assist)
Nova (Gravimetric Blaster, unknown assist to enable it. Also Power of the Nova Force via unknown assist if you have time)
Taskmaster (Legion Arrows L+M version, enabled by picking his horizontal arrow assist)
Iron Fist (Volcanic Roar via unknown assist)
Basically I’m trying to see if a basic Frank-on-point combo can THC with just two meter (so you only get Frank + one ally, whoever’s in slot 2) and have enough time to take at least one photo. The beer-drink beforehand is unnecessary as I don’t plan to include it in my combos.
Been foolin’ with Frank for a couple of hours. Been messing around with different teams. With an otg assist he can launch ppl up to 3 times: 2 by himself and one with assist. By using this method you can get him to level 3 in one combo without drinking.
Chris0419 did some THC testing for us. I don’t think it’s a complete list, but it should give us some solid leads on which characters can THC into significant level-up combos for Frank.

Are you able to snap a photo after his shopping cart super without X-Factoring first? I was thinking Skrull Inferno DHC into Shopping Cart super then snapping a photo would get him to Lvl 4/5 instantly, but if you need to burn X factor to get the photo to combo then it might not be worth it. Do any of his hypers let you snap a photo afterwards?
You can’t get a photo after his hypers without x-factor. One guy was saying you could do that DHC and get the shot, but it turns out that combo used x-factor too.
I believe I tried this earlier in the day and it didn’t work. They actually flight out of it from the last hit of the shopping cart super if I remember correctly.
Only hyper that lets you take a picture after is the anti air super.
So much contradicting information out there. Very strange. Someone was saying they had some luck with getting a DHC like the following to work: Nova’s Power of the Nova Force (the Skrull Inferno copy move) into Frank’s Blue Light Special/Weapons Cart, and get a photo after it. Another was saying that a very early DHC from Storm Hailstorm to Frank Blue Light Special works as well.
Personally I’m hoping to see videos of these soon if they do indeed work, because the back and forth “it works” “no it doesn’t” is starting to worry me.
Indeed, the one guy who streamed the Inferno -> Shopping Cart thing confirmed he used an x-factor and corrected the guy spreading the rumor. But yeah, only the Funny Face Crusher hyper allows a camera shot by itself, but the Blue Light Special might still allow one in specific DHCs.
At this point, I feel that this is just wishful thinking. Cart hyper is a soft knockdown. The opponent gets up really fast after getting hit. DHCs don’t change a thing. How can you hope to get a Snapshot in?
