Lag = some sort of network/input delay. If the game is experiencing SLOWDOWN, that isn’t “lag.” (Lag also isn’t the right term for describing move startup and recovery, which is a totally off-topic shot at the Smash community.)
This isn’t me defending MvC2. This is me just clarifying what “lag” is.
Hum, what’s stopping you from setting the triggers as either lp,LK or HP,HK? then all you have to do is press a face button and a trigger together to get supers/dashes/Sjumps.
then again, if you can’t press two buttons together with you thumb, and need shortcuts for that, you suck, so thank god the game doesn’t cater to you. one less of you to face online.
I played all my “vs.” seriers either in the arcade, MAME or Sony console. If they add lp+hp and let’s not forget lk+hk to the button configuration who would it hurt? I would love to play Marvel vs. Capcom against you on MAME. You must be really good. I main Zangeif and Gambit.
The full game will have 2p and 2k, chill out guys.I didn’t notice a difference between the DC port and the demo. FatBear also confirmed it played without any problems on a CRT.Dunno whats the big deal.
This man speaks the truth. I tried playing wide screen, but what with everything being a little different I wasn’t able to pull off combos or infinites of the characters that I’ve played with before.
Changed it back to the way it was meant to be and I can pull off everything without even thinking twice.
thats what im looking for too. the SFIV sticks sold out. The BlazBlue ones arent out till June-ish. I gottta find a decent stick! and MvC2 themed one would be just the perfect one!
I’m going to have hope here and keep my fingers crossed, but something tells me that Capcom will somehow find a way to fuck this up. This isn’t like other games. The online timing factor has to be as close to perfect as possible. IF they actually decide to invest some serious time into this version than we have a lot to be thankful for. However, judging from the awful ports to the PS2 and the Xbox we all have a lot to worry about also…
