Vajra is my other assist, so no pick ups with that. I have to use Jam session. I’m good in the corner. Just looking for a mid screen carry so I can hit lightning loop off all my throws.
Right now I’m doing throw > Jam Session > H Dive > j.MMH land MS (if I can get a forward jump right here then I’m good but a lot of the time they’re too high to forward jump without crossing under, so a lot of the time I have to jump straight up to continue the combo, killing the corner carry).
If I straight jump right there then I just do j.MM Buster > L Raikosen, but that always leaves you in the same “can’t really launch and jump forward” position.
air throw: jam session > H dive, walk S, j.m, j.m lv3 buster > L Hyenkyaku, land, S j.m j.m j.h (3 hits) j.s. otg H dive xx buster > L raikousen > Vajra + H Ryuuenjin > otg H dive xx buster > L raikousen.
that carries from 1 corner to the other. A trick is to delay a bit the first jam session and the first 2 j.Ms so that you can charge lv3 buster in time. Hope it helps

That combo above is very lol. I’ve been playing around with the Ammy THC and Zero like marlin pie’s been Doom dashing across the screen during to get a cross up and open them up(not sure I explained that well). Works great with Zero and Vergil, haven’t tested against the advancing guard(which seems to stop marlin pie) but Zero can just use air dash, m Lightning and I don’t think there’s enough push block to stop that. Not really sure though.
In those Zero/Vergil combo’s I’ve seen, when the opponent is like bouncing up and down during vergil’s assist what exactly is going on there? and is that the same assist I can use to carry midscreen(yes I know I don’t have to).

It’s literally only been 4 hours since that post too… FYL. I find it hard to believe that post takes months of reading while missing all the info at the same time. Again, months and you haven’t figured out you can just magic series, launch, magic series, call Vergil, OTG Dive to carry to the corner? Serious BS up in here Maverick Hunter lands.

MMHS > 236H xx lvl 3 buster > 623L > call vergil >S > S. but combo drops b4 i do the second s what is the timing for it?
All you have to do is post in the wrong section then they will angrily help you out to get you back in the right section. Also being a new guy I learned this out a few days ago.
Is that >s>s in the combo during the Vergil assist what makes the opponent and screen bounce up and down during the combo? That only works corner right?
I can seem to use his assist that is just the ball of blades to carry but the cross slash or whatever it is Vergil always pushes the guy way to far across the screen for me to touch and the other assist doesn’t work in corner.
So if i’m catching someone off a M lightning, xx buster L lightning and I end up crossing them up so I’m in the corner. I should be trying to dash after L lightning, then jump, j.M,M,H, land, jump, j.M,M,H land, jump, j.M xx buster? Does this have strict height dependence? and not that I’ve really successfully done this but will it carry me to a lightning loop in the other corner or will I still need a vergil assist to get me over there?
Alrighty ima goona help u out Cause u look like a nice guy <3 So … we use the best friends zero and vergil i’ll tell u a corner to corner combo with ONLY zero … M >5H >6H > S > Mx2 > 3 buster > 234L (command dash down) > Land > Dash > 5H >6H > S >Mx2>H >S now ur on Dat coren Jump *OTG H sentsuizan xxbusterxx->L raikousen > Call vergil >S > S then u can jump sentsuizan buster etc for LL or just Rekkoha And the vergil assist is Rapid Slash and i Really Reccomend vergil at 2nd for the dhc after Rekkoha Good luck …) *
i don’t know why you dont wanna relaunch with rapid slash, its literally the easiest most braindead combo i’ve ever done in my life. in fact, its so easy that its one of the reasons i refuse to drop vergil (next to his amazing anchor capabilities of course). why would i work to do a solo midscreen relaunch when i can just call and assist and LITERALLY bring you to the corner from the other side of the screen before i even relaunch?
[media=youtube]Ok95TymSWXY[/media] if you still cant do it, i dunno what to tell you. with my team i can kill thor off a clean cr.m in the corner for one bar, while staying VERY meter positive so dante and vergil can come in and wreck shit. with other zero teams you can still get A LOT of damage and if you’re not abusing that fact you’re not playing zero right imo.
i kinda postponed my zero video (planned to be over an hour and expand on everything about him including matchups and team composition) but with all these new zeros coming along i should probably start making it.
