Nope, his dad pulled it off. Doesn’t matter though. Broly can go Oozaru in his humanoid form. Gains all of the strength from the form without sacrificing his mobility. It’s the form he uses against Vegeta after Vegeta sinks him into the water in DBS: Broly. He’s eyes turn yellow, he gets spikey hair, he bulks up slightly but his hair stays black.

Nah, unlike Super Sayian Four it doesn’t look like shit.

Edit: Looked it up. Name for it is weak IMO. Wrath State. It does have two levels apparently. First level is just the yellow eyes. Second level bulks up and gains the spiky hair.
