I know this was the dub that aired in the UK, not really sure about the quality. I think they just straight took the lines from the FUNimation dub and used the Ocean VAs. I hear itās not as good as you would think, the music was taken straight from the Mega Man cartoon of all things
Not a big fan of this Kai stuff at all. Stop rehasing DBZ and make a new series. I mean they keep doing it with the games as well. Just the same stuff over and over again.

when I first heard about Kaiā¦I thought it would have been either a "what if?ā scenario or after GT (ala Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr.)

Loving DB Kai. Saiyans in 2 or 3 more episodes! They cut like ten episodes worth of filler! Fantastic.
Cutting out 191 episodes is nuts but it sucks all of those had to be fillers. Should of kept in the Garlic Jr. Saga and thatās it.

I think we Americans should get the Kai series as well. I mean its still popular over here with all the games and it being the 20th anniversary of the show.

I would seriously lose it if funimation or anyone even thought of dubbing the series.

Itās one thing to have to re-buy because the format has changed (vhs-dvd), it was another for them to re-dub it with the new āpopularā cast. It wouldnāt make any less since for them to dub Kai, you wouldnāt be buying the same thingā¦per se.
Kai is the definitive version of Dragon Ball Z. Funi screwed themselves over big time by canceling the remastered dvds. This is the one as stated before, follows the manga so why miss out Funi?

Thats what iām saying. The fact is you donāt want to oversaturate the market with even more DBZ dvdās. Iām sorry but I canāt break down and buy anymore DVDās. Iām satisfied with the remastered ones that i have.
For real. Even tough I need to pick up everything else after season two, Iām pretty content. Not to say I wouldnāt mind Kai being released over her. I just wouldnāt pick it up right off the bat if at all.
