Yeah, I’ve seen it too. It looks like a daizenshu, but I don’t know if it actually corresponds to any of the Japanese ones.

They’re these oversize books full of color illustrations and information about the characters and the stories. I think there are 10 of them for Dragon Ball.
its basically a reprinting of all the covers up to that point, special artwork and promo art akira may have done, as well as detail on characters, and inside info on how he may have developed certain characters.
think of american tradeback comics how in the back they usually got extra shit for art n info…its basically a giant book version of that.

yeah most really popular comics do them…one piece has about 3 or 4 maybe? i think…called color walk…and naruto has like 3.
Good luck buying all of the daizenshuu. They’re out of print and extremely rare. Expect to pay big bucks for ones in good condition. Dragon Ball has 7 daizenshuu along with 2 GT “Perfect Files” books if I remember correctly.
