lol i got the funniest rage mail from a french dudley player earlier tonight. i must remember to post it. apparently i’m not allowed to throw sonic booms vs dudley as that is cheap, lacks skill, and i don’t have the mixups to compete with him…
…which is kinda weird, because i won 4-1 and the only match he beat me in i was actually using sakura. his “mixups” consisted of duck throw, duck fierce…and duck ultra 1 (everyone knows you don’t use ultra 1 vs guile lol).
just got another one from another french player “sonic boom sonic boom sonic boom”. LOL
clearly the french are still pissed from when guile impregnated all their women.
on a serious note though, why is it i always get rage mail from players i outplay but who are also actually competent at the game? i never get rage mail from pure crappy players, only the “you’re not allowed to do xxxxx move because it’s cheap” scrubs.

Interesting how playing in Hong Kong mostly with locals/taiwanese/japanese/korean players (along with the occasional white dudes who are living in the region), I’ve never received a single piece of hate mail ever no matter who i’ve fought and what the outcome is. Could be a language thing when they see English as my only listed language on my profile… but still… maybe culturally it’s just not as common to hate mail in asia.
Oh I did recieve one… I complimented a guy who only had Chinese listed in his profile languages… he replied with something in Chinese which my cousin helped me translate as a severe insult to my mother. lost in translation perhaps? lol

When I stop spamming booms it’s for one of two reasons.

Sonic Boom is respect. It means I need to try to do everything in my power to keep you away because I know you’re going to kick my face in when you get close enough.
