Joker was godlike in the footage that was presented, people talked shit on the footage when there wasn’t really anything to fault him for in that footage - in other words, they hated him because he was foreign, so again, you are being a blind patriot. Fanatiq is good but he’s not this be all end all where someone who’s on his level but stronger with Magnetic Blast can’t surpass him. Magnetic Blast follows the basic 2d fighting game rules of allowing you to control a shit ton of space so you can do their shit while they can’t do their shit. I think the thing with Fanatiq’s team is that he has Storm 2nd to DHC blow up space control so it’s not as necessary.
If Magnetic blast kept Magneto suspended in the air (like say, Storm’s whirlwind), it would have a different kind of purpose but ultimately it just won’t be as good. One of the main reasons why it’s so good is that Magneto’s trajectory continues while he’s casting it. This allows for crazy frame advantage, and the trajectory and speed really controls the space in front of him. The high projectile durability is a good plus.
Not using Magnetic Blast is almost as stupid as not using Morrigan Soulfists, it’s that obvious of an abuseable move to not use. I think that Fanatiq has execution issues with that move and has fabricated other reasons as excuses for why he isn’t using it.

He has storm he doesnt need to magnetic blast as much as Ryan or other zoning based teams Do.
Seriously Fanatiq has one of if not the best magnetos along with one of the best magneto teams. Tell me who has a better magneto/team go ahead.
