so you lot really want a dc fighting game to be slow pace? or more crazy
I want it to play well.
Pretty much this.
Thirded
A Combo breaker system where attacker can actually win? Then they really got to make sure there isn’t cheap shit in the game then.
Slow isn’t a bad thing too, so I agree.
Not sure who said that, if anything the opposite
man that question was so preloaded. “So do you like competitive players?”
“Why yes I do Jim, thanks for asking!”
MK9 is a very fast game when good players are playing so I dunno where anybody is getting the idea that this game will be slow.
I’d rather have serious design ideas than ideas that sound like they are meant for a party game.
They may have the ability to shut off the environment factors.
Hah he addressed my specific question
just random
wasnt at anybody
Bidding is a cornerstone of classic game design, and certainly not limited to “party games”.
I feel better now, the clash system is still a work in progress. Boon said they are still working on how to implement it. He doesn’t want it to be people doing clash all the time, as it’s cinematic and would take too much time to do and lose impact if it was used too much. So basically we should be good.
I’m not sure wagering is good for a fighting game.
The environment things look like they are only in the corner to extend combos like I asked for so Im hyped for it. I cannot take people serious who say things like “casual game” or “party game” when everything we’ve seen so far looks like a decent fighter.
It’s one thing to have question about some choices but talking party game or writing the game off when they don’t even have ten characters done yet is fucking dumb.
Well at least character damage will be cool.
