Maybe they have plans to use Killer frost in an upcoming storyline. Ocean Master has been a joke for years then suddenly takes out the Holy Trinity (with the help of WIS) so I could see Killer Frost becoming a threat with the right writer in the N52.
She certainly has the powerset and mentallity for it. BTW I always liked Killer Frost and wished they did more with her so I’d be fine with this and suspected the ice to be her all along .
It would make sense if this title had Firestorm, if anything she is a Firestorm villain. Plus Firestorm is awesome as hell lol.
Ocean Master just had a rough history, they changed his origin and powers like seven times. Now they seem to be taking greater care with their properties in the New 52 (After a few hiccups) so he is all in BAMF mode.
Killer Frost was cool in the Justice League cartoon, really dark character. If they just make her brutal and and dark I’d be fine with her honestly.
Arturo has some good stuff on his twitter. He said that the launchers can be armored by charging it, but it costs only 1/4th of your bar (I thought it was 2/4ths, which is nice).
He also said you can’t “Timer scam” transitions, so I guess the time stops during the whole animation (which I guess makes sense, but nice to see it brought up).
The mystery girl had a cloak. Raven is in the game with pale white skin and seeming processed by Trigon. I believe she’s the one in the trophy pic
I care in the sense that I would have preferred him over her, and I am a little bummed he didn’t make it,that said I agree with you on the rest of it, there is no sense in wallowing in it, as you said, it’s just a videogame. I expected myself to be a little more upset actually,maybe the fact that Ares is going to be playable has come out around the same time balances it out for me.

After seeing her model, Raven is the one on the top right, the one in the middle on the other hand is Killer Frost, the evidence is far to large to ignore at this point. Between the resemblance, the ice symbol on the Star Labs mode, and the fact it can’t really belong to anyone else but the mystery character. As for the cloak thing there is one of two solutions, 1) it is her hair, but the blurriness makes it hard to see the detail, or 2) They decided to give killer frost a hood when making her a costume.

I care, but I actually want Frost to make it in. The way I see it this is similar to Taskmaster making it into Marvel 3. I think there could be some interesting things done with her, and her VA from DCAU is already in the game, so it could work perfectly.
It wouldn’t break my heart if she wasn’t though. And through regular cast or DLC, we all know Captain Cold will make it in, if not Grodd.

Well, no one was clamoring for Nova to be put in Marvel either, but he now has legitimate fans because of his inclusion, so who knows it might end up being the same deal here.
I was, but I’m weird like that. I wouldn’t say his inclusion is the reason he has legitimate fans, his role in annihilation is what really boosted his popularity, and even before then he had his fans. That said I wouldn’t be surprised if this boosted her popularity.
