none. You can use the Sanwa Quarts plungers listed on Focus Attack. However, you will need to use Sanwa Rim. Problem with Sanwa Rims is that there is no hole for the LED boards, so you must drill holes for them as it was posted earlier.
Forgot to ask you Battle Edition ownersâŚWhen you open up the retail box for the first time, was the game disc retail box sealed (shrinkwrapped or whatever)? Mine wasnât though the Battle Edition retail box had tape on it (inside the slip cover). Thanks!
If I have any complaint about the review, itâs about the use of the word âFightstickâ - thatâs actually a MadCatz trademark. Proper use would be âfight stickâ, two words.
Seriously? Arguing over fighting twig grammar? Weak. Thanks for the post Raed. It about summed up my thoughts. I also swapped the spring and actuator, while keeping the smaller qanba restrictor in there. Its ridiculously accurate.
My game was shrink wrapped. Looks like they just jammed a copy through the box slot. Did anyone get their Red Son dlc code with their Battle Edition purchase? If so where was it? I donât see it anywhere.
I did not know that. Rather than add the olâ ââ˘â to the end of each use of the word, all instances of âfightstickâ have been thusly changed to âfight stick.â
As for my own preference, I actually prefer arcade stick. That said, I think fight stick is more appropriate because thatâs what this stick is. Itâs like the turtle/tortoise thing. All fight sticks are arcade sticks but not all arcade sticks are fight sticksâŚ
Really?!? I wonder why the inconsistency with the shrink wrapping. The Red Son DLC code is printed on the receipt & the New 52 DLC is printed on a separate piece of paper inside the game disc retail box. At least thereâs no online pass unlike the first iteration of MK9. I think they ended that online pass (rather quickly after release) due to the whole PSN hack at the time.
BTW, I hate it when a collectors/special edition of a game doesnât include an actual barcode on the game disc retail box! Yes, I know they did that to prevent you from trading it in (Amazon, certain Best Buyâs, etc.) but at least GameStop allows it.
Are you guys able to play it in 1080p like it says on the game disc retail box? Was at Super Target last night & they had the regular edition. It said 1080p on it too so I donât think it was a printed error.
It doesnât bother me however, I prefer to call these things arcade sticks especially since you can play non-fighting games with them but to each their own. Heck, I didnât even know the word, âfightstickâ was a Madcatz trademark until d3v mentioned it.
I havenât seen any of my dlc yet, but I was only able to look through my stuff for about 5 minutes before leaving for class and I assume its in the game box itself.
The slot loader on the cardboard box is hilarious
edit: Shit, the red son dlc is on the receipt? I ordered mine online and didnât receive one other than the ups receipt.
Trust me, small details like this help make stuff you write look more informed and professional. Itâs one of the things you learn once you start to write on a professional basis.
Waiting on my LS-32-2 now (the LS-32-2 is a LS-32-1 with a MS mount plate instead of the S plate)
I going to mod this stick to be full Seimitsu. I just need some good concepts of new panel art.
I am thinking Justice Restored Seimitsu Edition or Return of Justice Seimitsu Edition and Getting rid of the crap DC New 52 art.
Maybe something Classy, I leaning towards a variation of some Versus City panel art. No blood game characters, and maybe some carbon fiber or diamond place action going on.
Oh the Ball top and Buttons are going to be Clear. I still deciding if I am gutting out or reworking the whole lighting thing, as the LED boards do not fit Seimitsu buttons.
KN Inserts and a Resistor array for the LEDS?
