We already received our new shipment of games and there wasn’t anything that looked like a 3rd Strike or MvC2 machine so its still a super big issue. Even with a couple new games I honestly don’t think anything can make up for the loss of 3rd Strike, MvC2, Global Arcade, Beatmania, Bus Stacker(lol), and all three War games.
We did receive a new fighting game though. I wont say what it is, if anybody even gives a shit you’re just going to have to stop by Tilt sometime next week as that is when it will be out on the floor. (Hint: It has two screens. And no, it’s not Virtual On.)
…I honestly didn’t notice El Dorado was missing until now. It’s ok though, i’m sure those games will get a lot more love at Arcade legacy than they did at Tilt.

Apparently even though we had a bunch of people at Arsenal last night only like 1/3 of them actually ordered anything. This is not the first time something like this has happened, so probably after Thanksgiving they are going to require a $3 minimum per person for use of the facilities. This is not a cover charge or anything, all you have to do is buy $3 worth of food and/or drinks, you can get a drink and a muffin or something and meet this. Please do keep in mind that Arsenal is a business and not a charity, they aren’t going to just let us come in and use their space and electricity for free. It took us a long time to get regular meets like this going, lets not fuck it up for ourselves.

5-10 bucks for Bill sounds reasonable to me, he has always been a nice guy. I usually always buy something when I come, and I also try to leave tips when I can even if it does take an hour to get food lol Still I also don’t want it to be ruined either by no one buying anything, at the very least if your short on cash you could get something to drink.
As for umvc3 I’m really digging Vergil / Nemesis / Hawkeye team, though I still plan to mix and match some of the characters. Anyone found any broken crap yet besides Morrigan’s Jumping S lol
Ghost rider is pretty dumb for the damage he gets. I’ve only messed around with him in training mode though.
I wouldn’t mind chipping in some cash for a gift for Bill. He’s been way more than fair with us. It might also be cool if we pitched in and got some cool posters or decorations for Arsenal, doesn’t have to be anything expensive. Just an idea…
