Goblin, Testament playstyle is largely unchanged, but you have better combos and better options. You can use 6p as a legit high hitbox invulnerability now, forward exe beast is a get out of jail free card (but can be baited/avoided, so don’t use it too predictably) as well as part of a corner lockdown game a la Ryu fireball lockdown, and p skull doesn’t move as far forward (see: better combos). So he has a lot of buffs, but the name of the game is still zone, traps, exe beast frc pressure.
Okay guys, I spoke with Bill after our Arsenal session tonight. What happened with the space issue was that three of the groups who had reserved space for the night didn’t show up. From my conversation with him it seems like our status as regular customers has been established and that we will most likely be given preferential treatment for the larger room on Fridays unless another group has made a reservation where they actually paid to reserve the space. If such an event does occur, they have my phone number and I will relay any info to this thread and whoever I may have a phone number for.
If we do continue to have issues with this somehow, I spoke to a few people today about moving our Friday session to Wednesday. If anyone has an opinion on this please post about it. I’m planning to discuss this more with Bill after our next meetup since their calendar had not been fully updated for this month yet.
Also remember that we are not at arsenal on Monday and are instead scheduled to be there on Wednesday.
Actually I wasn’t going to be able to make it but at least now I don’t have to feel bad
I think it’s best to keep the meetings on Monday and Friday. I can almost never make it on Friday but I know lots of people can since it’s a weekend night. Plus it spaces it out a bit better.
Yeah guys it was fun last night other then being in the sweat box. With twenty plus people got a lil out of control for a sec. GG’s to Mario,Kyle and Indy for helping me 3strike. Can wait till I get the hang of it. GG’s to Adrian,G, Kaleb, and that Sagat guy I played. Gouken and Evil match up was nice but got better once we switch to Yang and Makoto.
G the guys that were playing BBCS did have some hype matches got me excited to play that game really wanted to play GG though.
If people (Silvahydra, etc.) aren’t going to follow rotation then it’s not worth going. I’ve watched the kid play for a half hour and he still won’t get up. I asked to do a 2/3 matches on both stations yesterday and it was basically just bombard your way on to a station after somebody has just had 5-10 matches. If you see someone refusing to get up then stop playing them so there is some kind of semblance of order especially if it’s not your setup. So if Goblin and Silva just want to play each other then I’ll know not to get on that station which happens to be someone else’s station.

I had no problem rotating if I lost the best out of 2/3 or if I know I’ve been at a station for to long, but I only played like two games with him, he kept wanting to go…Not my fault, I get people hype when they lose…Mario, and I honestly couldn’t tell if you were joking or being seriously…But hey, I apologize for yesterday. I’ll keep in mind though…
You shouldn’t have to get up but you watched him lie about losing and then not say anything. I asked if I could get in rotation and you guys didn’t even respond. It happened on the other Marvel station too. I was kind of surprised when you defended him by calling me a bully after he stood up and told me not to have an attitude with him. It’s the second time it’s happened so whatever. It’s not just one or 2 people I’ve seen others do it to so it looks like that is becoming the norm there.

Kyle I think I might try milia, johnny also was ther a list of for the gg characters being counters or copies of bb characters like sol is like ragna or ky is to jin I cant think of the rest.
Yea she was hard when i tired to play her the last time I messed with to. I play Baiken mostly right now, that’s my girll lol. She kinda seems like Gouken to me with how you have geuss right. But then I just like her cause she a bad ass chick.
There aren’t too many characters in BB that play very similar to GG characters. Most similarities are limited just to character design. For example, Ky and Jin actually play quite differently despite looking somewhat similar

Some of these are kind of a stretch and have more to do with their stance, attitude, and/or some of their animations rather than actual appearance, like Lambda/Dizzy.
