i got to play OE for a little while yesterday… online scrubs have absolutely no idea what to do against basketballs… im in heaven… im able to just randomly run thru my list of globetrotter tricks without repercussion
on an unrelated note… Cammy basically got no changes in the AE update apparently…
there are some good players but not a whole lot it seems right now.

I’m kind of excited about Gouken’s Buffs get to rotate stick to charge Denjin and my parries get way bigger hit box.
I’m enjoying it, the online is a bit strange trying to get used too with the occasional teleport, but I like that because it’s consistent you usually don’t miss your parries. Also if anyone wants to add me my psn is BloodyNights

I am getting destroyed by every Ken player ever, even the bad ones. I’m really not sure how to approach the matchup with Makoto. The online play for this game is really amazing though, most of the matches feel like I’m playing offline. Kind of makes me more interested in Skullgirls since they are also using GGPO

The online play is amazing, though like I said before if it does lag characters will seemingly teleport instead of slow down. Also Music will randomly not load and you will hear sound effects like K.O. before the actual K.O. I also had the strangest glitch I’ve ever seen happen during it.
I made a lobby, sent an invite to a friend. We both toggled ready and after the 5 seconds had passed it automatically picked me as Sean, and my opponent as Ken and started the match not even going to the character select screen. And to top it off, Sean and Ken were invisible. @~@
Edit: And checking to see if I could save that replay, I’ve found all of my replays have disappeared

Kyle, Jesse said basically he has no Saturdays available next month, but he never has anything going on Friday. I just assume Fridays are bad for people to come out and play GG, but I thought I’d ask anyway. Failing that, what I think I will actually have to do is find another place for this. Would you be willing to travel to Dayton or Cbus next month? (probably more likely dayton right?)

Yeah playing as Juri I’ve always thought Dudley was very easy to beat, so I could see that being a problem. I guess it’s cuz Juri’s pokes are too fast and beat his.

Arsenal only has space available on Monday and Friday, that’s the main reason we use it on those days. We could maybe get it on Wednesdays like we used to occasionally do, but apparently they are all full on Tuesday/Thursday

Arcade legacy works best for me since its closest, and I can be there on pretty much any day.
Don’t let that influence your decision though, I can’t guarantee having enough money to drive to Ohio regardless of where it is. Just set up what you can with other people and I will try to make it if possible.
Does the Accent Core PC netplay use rollback like GGPO does? This 3SOE release is pretty much the only fighting game that has ever been playable on my internet connection

I just played a few matches with Mike and he’s in Florida, and we might as well have been in the same room
I think i’m going to keep playing Makoto and ponder switching to Chun li in the future, or maybe play both. I would rather just play Makoto but Chun Li feels like a better fit, though a boring one
