INCEPTION - New film from Christopher Nolan - MUST WATCH NOW - SRK APPROVED

No info about the format on Amazon. Thinking I’m gonna just order it anyways and can always replace the DVD/BD with a US copy if need be. Just want that awesome case/top combo.

I like the fact that he put some really dumb theories to rest and pretty much proved that the movie is what it is.

So it seems this movie comes out on disc tomorrow. I’ve heard a lot of great things about it, so I’m thinking about picking it up. Never watched it in the theatres (among other movies), so I’m pretty much going in blind.

Although I want to get the Blu-Ray, I think I’ll wait 6 months for the studio to double-dip and re-release it (bound to happen on a title like this).

I’m going to jump on the combo pack from Target tomorrow ($18). I don’t have blu ray but my dad does and he’s pitching in. I know there will be some crazy perfect edition later buuuuuuut I don’t care. I just want to be able to re-watch the movie NOW.

Uhh, I want the blu-ray, but it will probably be on sale next Black Friday so I mind as well wait til then.

You’re seriously gonna wait a YEAR just to save like $10?

Here is one of the BTS videos. It’s on the hallway sequence:

Also, theres an easter egg on the blu-ray release. Enter the numbers, 528491, when you have the special features disc in to watch a 2nd prequel comic. The Big Under, set after The Cobol Job. The illustrations were done by artists on Deviant Art.

Just looked at the Wiki page today for no apparent reason and found out that we may see a video game set in the same universe someday.

I bought the DVD and watched it yesterday, I wasn’t sure if it meant anything but Saito holds Cobb’s totem at the beginning of the film and spins it, it clearly doesn’t stop spinning whilst they talk. Since this scene is infact the end of the movie does it have any effect on the actual ending?? Because Saito has touched the totem how can Cobb trust it???

He touches it but remember, only Cobb knows the physical property of the top(along with whoever Ellen Paige was).

What do you mean the physical properties?

Saito also saw Cobb try to spin it in the bathroom at Youseef’s. Since Saito knows a lot of Cobb I am assuming he knows about the importance of the toteem.

Inception May Be Oscar’s Last Chance To Award Originality

As long as we have directors like Christopher Nolan there will always be original blockbuster movies that the studio will invest in.

Do people like him eg James Cameron even have to pitch ideas to studios, they could probably get away with sending a text message asking for £100M and get a reply saying “ok, more if you need it xxx”

 @ the thought.
