You can focus the first hit of scissors and backdash the second hit. lol
He can block reversal Rolling Thunder if he hits EX scissors at the very tip.
Hey i’m not super experienced or anything and I know the page has been silent for a while now but i thought i’d post in case anyone is looking and since this post got me a bit more proactive about testing things out in the lab yada yada yada.
Anyhoo, i’m sure things have changed a great deal from ae2012 --> ultra but currently in the lab and i’m having an easier time punishing all of Bison’s psycho crushers with U1 except for the EX. If i’m really on point (not often) i can land it but its not nearly as easy as with his regular PC’s. just an FYI. Please correct me if my statement is bogus
