By the way www.Impactclash.com is up and running. I’m still getting the kinks worked out but for the most part the site is up. Big ups for the mods stickying this! I’m as hyped as any of you.
As far as time goes, I will be there around 8 a.m. You all are allowed to come as early as you’d like if you’d like to help out with us getting everything together. If any of you are bringing equipment please bring it as early as you can. If you could, around 9 a.m. would be excellent. That way, before the crowd comes we could get the room set up, ready to go. If there is any problem with anyone bringing equipment and not being able to be there by 9 a.m. let me know.

Wiis and Brawl will always be welcomed due to the nature of how long a tournament in that game is known to last. If you can bring that I’ll mark you off and also did you pre-register for any games? Let me know when you get a chance.

I’ll give you a free entry and you’ll be able to watch and enjoy all the games as well as be apart of the tournament.

I’d like to place some flyers around the Atlanta area next week. I will have some free time but I am horrible at photoshop. Is anyone willing to make a flyer design for me? I just really need to get more hype around the Atlanta area for this tournament and I plan on placing over 100 flyers around Atlanta. If someone could help me out with this I’d be happy.

I just found out we are getting the cars back tonight but it pretty much fucks my whole night but I am going to make practice time at some point this weekend and at least 2 more times before impact
Don’t worry, your are waived. You will be the last person that will be waived completely of entry. I think we have more than enough equipment coming in to satisfy this tournament. If your name is on that list, you are good and don’t have to worry. If you show up to my tournament and your name is not on that list then you have to pay the entry fee, especially since you’re making me flyers.
On a side note is anyone sufficient in Wordpress. My website (www.impactclash.com) could really use some help as I’m not very sure how to work with this script. If anyone would like to assist me I’d be very appreciative.

We played several games but Third Strike took most of the night from us. I’d hope to get together with you and him together again sometime soon. I may play in my tournament but it all depends on if I can get enough people who know what they are doing to do the brackets. If not, I won’t be able to play since I’ll have to overlook all the games. Either way I want to get my game up for casuals.
As far as a cheap hotel goes you can stay anywhere in the surrounding Atlanta area and be within a decent distance of the tournament. I know that if you stay at a hotel right across the street they are going to kill you with charges so that’s out of the question. I’m wondering if there are any hotels which are in Atlanta but not exactly in midtown that offer good rates. That’s a question I’m going to ask Shinblanka. He’d probably know the best plan there. If you bring your Wii and Brawl I can’t offer you free entry anymore since I’m at my limit of the amount of people who can get in free. However, I can offer you half off the entry fee if you bring them. I’ll register both of you though and ask Shinblanka about decent hotel rates for the surrounding Atlanta area.

As soon as I receive the flyers from Wantox I’ll definitely hand out those flyers. I had an excellent time last night playing against Tbear (I think that’s his shoryuken name.) out in Camp Creek. We played CVS2 and Arcana Heart. I’m hoping to play more with all of you guys attending this event. Also, that Best Western he posted is charging $109 per night which is not a bad deal considering it is in Midtown (which is walking distance of GWCC). If my tournament were to ever get bigger I wonder how much they’d charge if I decided to reserve rooms for the event. Well, that’s future talk but getting them to get it down to $89.99 would be nice in the future. I know the World Congress will work with hotels in the surrounding area to get a lower price for large venues.
