-get rid of TAC
-get rid of xfactor
-set damage to low or lowest by default (or let us choose online)
-don’t allow people to call assists while they are teching - if you can’t get hit… you shouldn’t be able to mash on tron/haggar…
-let throw techs be neutal H aswell (kinda annoying that while i’m in the air, the only real way to tech a throw… is by throwing… especially since there’s no “whiff” in normal throws…
-you should be able to get thrown out of your pushblock… instead of still being in blockstun
-let the first hit in a combo etermine the overall scaling of it. (e.g. starting a combo with c.l shouldn’t let me get anywhere near the same damage i get with s.H)
-Assists should dissapear if the point char gets hit… (looking at you tron/haggar… especially since the point char is NEVER blocking)
-I’m all up for TAC’s costing a meter… (but being uncounterable)
-no d,f/d,b/u,f/u,b inputs for air throws… it’s forwards… or ackwards… none of these +on block divekicks turning into throws cause i tried to chicken block them (so that the recovery is less)
-no more special cancellable normals on whiff (this is experimental… I’d like to see what this’d do)
-make Wolverines Divekick groundbounce on counterhit… instead of stagger (that way. he has a little less comboability)
-projectiles build meter on whiff (yes… even pheonix’s)
-TAC’s… if they ARE kept, should be mapped to an assist button.
-No meter for getting hit?
-Haggar should get combo’s from air/ground spd.
-dark Pheonix feathers shouldn’t cause chip, lockdown and normal damage is bade enough.
-fix hitboxes to relate to what the move does… (no more getting hit from behind chun li doing lightning legs. or behind trish maximum voltage… morrigan is cool cause it actually makes sense)
-dp assists should keep (or have) inv.
- is it ok for me to ask for harder/stricter combos overral?
-can our characters auto align against the enemies in the air? (maybe only during super jumps?) kinda like this type of thing, that way EVERYNE ha sa crossup… not just Ryu/Akuma/Dante/Zero/She hulk/Divekicks/Pipes… (i play Ironman)

It’s a terrible idea though, there are plenty of better ways to make assists more punishable (which I presume is the goal) than lucky hit>lame infinite.
I dunno, I still haven’t seen anything that reliably kills the assist off 100% of the time.
No reason why you should. A 2fer or a good super punish (as Jwong showed last night, natch) does the job plenty well, and without a gimmicky solution that slows the whole game down.

Seriously if I were to change the system, I would probably change Crossover Counter. I would allow aerial cross over counters, that has the tag in function like their ground assist. Similar to the ground cross counter, but in the air.
The reason is basically because Cross Counter is a underused mechanic, I feel a change like this would make cross counters worth using.
well, any one of those would make me happy. but i guess the biggest issues for me are the way assists work…
anti air assists should have invincibility. but they should immediately disappear if the point char gets hit. (therefore… if you call out Tron with the right timing… then you get the true anti air. but if you’re too late… you get hit, and tron gets hit… or just comes onto screen, taunts, then goes (like morrigan meter assist without the meter). plus no calling an assist while teching!
This may or may not have been mentioned before, but:
mashing to increase Hyper Combo damage + number of hits
Pointless and tiring. For one or two Hypers, fine. For every other Hyper, no.
