The Horrors, the horrors.

I just started my Master playthrough with a Nord warrior. First quest of the companions I got my ass kicked (This time I went to a Falmer cave) a single falmer attack drains half of my HP and one poison spit from a Chorus kills me. The first Dragon’s fire breath also kills me in one hit. I feel like i’m playing Dark Souls lol.
However thankfully I got a companion as fast as possible (Lydia) and she’s tanking the hell out of enemies for me. Thank Talos for Courage and Healing Hands spells.

Still really haven’t started playing and I’m experiencing the mouse problems. I’ve done a bit of research, but has anyone on here had some success in making the mouse behave? It’s just tooooo slow. And I’m also getting menus that don’t work with the mouse. The settings controls auto-scroll every time I click them, so I have to use the keyboard. I found a good .INI file guide and once I get time I’ll dig into it, but from what I’ve heard it’s pretty limited. Pretty upsetting at how much console ended up in the PC version now that I’ve actually played past the intro. :tdown:

Pretty damn sick. Totally an argonian werewolf.

Also, my second account as a Breton, totally kill everyone and run account. So good. Failed the main quest in 10 seconds flat,

• Warhammers are the best two handed weapons in the game. Ignoring armor is just too good. This is really apparent on Master.
• Heavy Armor > Light. The best sneaking armor in the game, the Ebony Mail which you get from Boelthiah’s quest, is heavy armor. There is no real reason to use light armor after you get perks.
• Smithing and enchanting are broken.
• Conjuration is basically the only viable magic school. I’m not sure how it would fare on Master though. This is Elder Scrolls, magic sucks.
• Vampirism and Lycanthropy suck in this game. Kungfu Werewolves were the most broken build in Daggerfall though.

Okay so i am 60 hours in and finished the main dragonborn quest.

Are there seriously any other enemies in this game BESIDES fucking draugr, bandits, and dragons? I am disappointed in the enemy variety in this game.

Steam deals are just too good man. No use in fighting it, besides out of all the other alternatives Steam is the only one that has worked (GoG is the way to go though, but they are in a completely different market basically). Now what I would like to see is a system that makes it so the steam version of the game doesn’t have any other DRM on it, because DRM stacking is fucking retarded, even worse when games already have multiple DRM on it and they aren’t steamworks games.
