Full Ebony armor get! Sets look so nice now compared to before. Even modders are gonna have a hard time making even nicer armor.
Fuck leveling heavy armor getting hit to level up sucks and training it is super expensive past 50.
Also, this game needs capes. Where are the fucking capes and cloaks?!
Im in love with Conjuration in this game, its so useful and all the spells are badass at the same time 
Yeah, I’m done with this game. I actually got more enjoyment reading the books than anything else.
It’s too bad, because I like so much about this game: graphics, music, story, battle system…but the combat…
…it’s garbage. It didn’t work for me in King’s Field and it still doesn’t now. Is this how the combat of all Bethesda games are like? If so, I’ll make a note to avoid their games going forward.
Glad I didn’t pay money to play this one.

I’ve never played Elder Scrolls games before… glad I took a chance with this one, because it’s awesome so far…despite the somewhat slow start. (I like getting to the “ok do whatever you want now” part in games ASAP.) I went with an Orc character “Chojin”. The plan so far is for him to be a battle-mage, basically…the magic focus will be destruction and conjuration. I’ve already run into a “Vampire Fledgling” in some cave I was exploring earlier. Unfortunately, I did not get turned… I killed that bitch before even realizing it was exactly what I was looking for! I fully intend for Chojin to become either a vampire or werewolf at some point…preferably vampire.
There will most likely be an obscene number of hours dumped into this game.
I went the thief path. Was that a bad idea? I mean the general skill, pickpocket, forces you to save/load anyway, so what was the point. Lockpicking is fun though.
I am level 6!!! The hired thugs felt the power of my pet Mammomth!!! Seriously, that was a great moment in gaming. I used the wood elf racial command and these hired thugs that were jumping me got a hardcore beatdown…
Right now though, I need my man Will Ferrel here, cause I would have him say “Archery was a bad choice!!” I figured it was the closest thing to a gun, so yeah…
Anyway, I have noticed that in land of Skyrim everything is available to steal lol.
@zero Yeah I know what you mean. I just finished Fallout 3, and I find it really disappointing that there is no targeted aiming in Skyrim. I mean, that limits combat in so many ways and fallout 3 is a much older game
Once you put more points into archery and start using harder elemental hitting bows + better arrows + sneak critical strike bow shots you will be doing a ton of damage.

Ive done some amazing, ie CHEAP, things against bosses with the bow hehehe. Glad the arrows are weightless.
How far can you train with trainers? Up to 100?
Want some mods. Would be so great if there was one for the control scheme. Trying to dual wield stuff is a bitch and a half.
I don’t like weightless arrows. They need to be like .003 - .005 or something for the weight at least lol.

Do quests, quests give you money a lot of the time. Hunting giants gives 100g, dragons 500g from bounties. Look for rare items to sell. You want 50 speech at least, being able to sell any item to any merchant is very useful. Making money is easy though, I’ve made 93k gold so far and spent most of it as it is lol.
Dang, I’m an Argonian. My speech still sucks. Its like around 23. Any tips how to level it up faster? No mammoth mounts?Also, which race do you think has the best dragon shout voice? Strangely the Nords don’t have the same epic Fus Ro Dah in the trailer
Your speech levels up by selling stuff. Some people will increase your speech as well for helping them with quests.

I play Skyrim on Xbox since my PC can’t support the game :(. So no mods to rescue me…mammoth mounts for DLC pls. Can’t bear to kill them, loves mammoths too much.
The devs once said that some giants are friendly in their trailer. So far all of them had been punting my scaly ass across the map. So are there any BFGs or there is no such thing? Also, where to get bounties to kill them Fleshlumpeaters?
You need to visit the towns and talk to the jarls for jobs, as well as the inn keepers. Just use a carriage and travel around, enjoy your 100000000 misc quests.
Cool. Off to visit new towns then. Need to get to Riften to sell all the crap I stole first. Do I need to join the thieves guild first to sell stolen stuffs or are there already fences in Riften before joining the thieves guild?
