Can you use the (lk - mk -hk) target combo after the super jump kunai? In theory, that would work against Blanka.
As far as mix-ups/blocked TC moves, I either SJ back, or Use f+mk to hit a crouching opponent. It works alright, but it has a slow start-up, which could be a problem. It’s nice if the opposing player doesn’t know the match-up, but it’s much safer to SJ back IMO.

Yes you can use TC9, but why would you want to? st.LK is a useless combo starter, compared to cl.st.LP, cr.LP, cr.LK, st.MP, etc. If you’re worried about Blanka’s retarded hitbox, use cr.LP , st.LK xx st.MK. cr.LP starts up in 4 frames while st.LK is 5.
This doesn’t quite allow time for a hit confirm, so you’re pretty always going to cancel into tsumuji. If you want the option of hit confirming before cancelling into a special, use cr.LP , st.MK instead.
