Or X-23 has her level three. KO Jean when she has five bars, go invisible and bam, after animation send her to the dirt. Quick way of taking DP out of the game.

not to sure with that stamina and how will she handle the keep away pressure and zoning of modok/dorm/trish? during “rape” mode…
Blah…sorry I was just focusing on the activation conditions and the moment she turned it was just her. Still, I don’t think you could abuse the resurrection as someone else mentioned since it doesn’t appear that she can turn back into phoenix. Hmmm…that does make things interesting and trying to find the right team composition to maximize Phoenix’s potential. Someone has to find a way to break this character.
She will be an S tier character. Not at first, but once people really start dissecting the game someone is going to break her. Mark my words.
