It’s probably a tie between Yun Cody and Dudley for having momst damaging meterless HIT CONFIRM combos
Yun having Dive kick, c.MP c.MP s.MP xx HK Dragon Kicks
Cody having c.LP s.MP c.HP xx HP Criminal Upper
Dudley having f.MK c.LP. s.HK xx HP Jet Upper

Are you sure about that. I did the math for all four characters and this is how it went
For Evil Ryu, I used that combo you mentioned except had it end with HP SRK instead of LP SRK followed by HP SRK because that would do less damage. But anyways, assuming Evil Ryu’s axe kick does 80 damage, and his normals does the same as regular Ryu, that hit confirm would do 353 damage.
For Yun, that combo you mentioned would do 287. For Cody that combo would do 282. And for Dudley that combo would do 296. So am I missing something here or does Evil Ryu’s hit confirm into st . HP followed by all that other stuff do more damage than those other combos you mentioned?
When it comes to meterless punishes and jump ins, I don’t think anybody can stay with Evil Ryu besides maybe Sakura. Unlike Honda or Fei Long who also have huge meterless punish combos, ER and Sak’s combo works on everybody while the other two have requirements for it to work.
Thirtyfour has no idea what he’s talking about lmao. Yun definitely doesn’t have one of the top 5 meterless punishes. Also that Dudley combo is hardly considered one when it starts with a f.mk. Please play the game before making stupid assumptions.
Random note, Cody’s most damaging meterless combo is f+mp, s.mp, c.fp xx fierce criminal (two 1 frame links), for 322 damage I believe.
I believe E. Ryu’s meterless damage is only behind Fei Long’s character specific combo (the cl.mp xx Chicken Wing, etc) and Sakura’s light tatsu loop (lot of leeway on the number of repetitions, but even a simple cl.hp xx L Tatsu, cr. hp xx Shououken does slightly more damage, if I’m not mistaken.
