you could do it mid screen, but you’ll need to position yourself for it (staggered air string+dash rekkoha+dash acid rain)… or just do teleport j.S. also, instead of million carats which is corner only, you’d do TK teleport>j.S/hammer
TK Teleport is one of the main reasons I wanted to get away from Dante XD. :d::d::u::s: holding the stick wine glass is waaaay too awkward…
I’m sure you could do some variation without the teleport, Dante’s combos are really flexible. I didn’t think about doing Acid Rain loops either but I don’t have them down 100% yet. They’re kinda hard for me to time without being able to see Dante.
So that makes me wonder, could you loop Rekkoha > Devil Trigger > Dante Combo Ending in Million Dollars (combo would have to outlast Devil Trigger) > Rekkoha > Devil Trigger? Technically you’re reseting the DHC when you combo with Dante and he builds so much damn meter doing his Dante things…

Could definitely do all that and then do 3 more supers after Devil trigger combo though.

Hyper Zero Buster isn’t Hadangeki, and better setups and uses for that combo have been posted already. The other combo was basically just Destin loop. Good stuff learning the combos, but they’re nothing new.

So I’m watching team spooky’s stream of Final Round and I’m watching the casuals with Marn and for the life of me I can’t seem to figure out the combo that he uses to relaunch people into a loop. Sometimes he uses the charge shot and sometimes he doesn’t but he seems to cancel :h: in the air into something else, hit the ground before they do which gets him a second launch. Sometimes he’ll extend the combo before doing the launch.
In the casuals at around 25:00 in, I think the combo he’s doing is:

kills sentinel for 4 meter… can do it off instant overhead, but will have to modify the dive loop a little.
even the lazy version i use for matches does 1.2m dmg (j.M buster>dive kick>straight to rekkoha+only 1 acid rain+no stinger cancel after million carats, just straight to volcano). if you use the posted combo+crazy dance instead of fireworks, it kills everyone that isn’t sentinel for 3 meters
Honestly, I can’t seem to figure out how to even get a out before they come out of hit stun. I mean once Zero is in the :h: animation he’s in it until he does 3 hits with it. Is it supposed to be delayed?
you delay the m m h so while you’re falling you can do the j.m. try to get the j.h at the peak of jump so you can fall j.m

Their synergy is unstoppable. The j. after the j.:h: allows Doom to be close enough to the ground for his loop and to TAC back to Zero. Build 3 meters and does 600k meterless.

This is not my team, but I wanted to show ways that people can build huge amounts of meter is they take the risk of a TAC. This does 1mil damage and builds 4 bars!!

I don’t think it’s as damaging on its own as some of the other combos listed here, but you can go for an air throw reset on each regular jump if you aren’t in the corner by doing , :h: Hienkyaku, air throw, as he showed in the combo I noted a few posts up. Also, the
after the :h: in the air is a link, not a cancel. You just need to wait until the :h: is done and hit the
right before you land.
This hasn’t been getting much attention, but is definitely worth exploring. Meterless, assistless, relaunch.
shrug I was bored and wanted to see how many buster shots I could get in a combo. Completely impractical (and a waste of meter seeing as you can kill easily in this situation with 2 instead of 4), but hey it has 4 lvl 3 buster shots and 1 level 1 buster shot in it.

Yeah, I was experimenting with comboing off of lvl 3 busters, and I’m sure other people know this, but here goes anyways:
- You can combo off of a jump lvl 3 by doing air hienkyaku or airdash -> j.bb xx land combo.
- You can combo off of a ground level 3 in a number of different ways. Cancel immediately into sogenmu/x-factor > b hienkyaku > otg > combo. If close enough, you can sogenmu > dash S > combo. It’s kind of nice being able to kill sentinel with a level 1 x factor from midscreen for punishing a yellow spit with lvl 3 buster. You can easily kill with 2 bars by dhcing rekkoha into doom’s sphere flame. I’ve gotten close to killing sent with only one bar off of a ground buster midscreen, but I can’t break 1,250,000-ish damage.
Also, yeah, on j.2H, does that actually cancel from anything in the air? Maybe it has some uses in sogenmu combos midscreen or something. I actually didn’t know about j.2H until now.
You can also do light Raikousen (j.:dp::l:) to start a combo from this.
