How many days in a row can you wear the same jeans before it becomes unsanitary?

Depends on what you did that day.

If all you’re doing is walking around and not sweating much you’re good for about a week.

If you’re sweating or there’s dirt and food clean those jeans.

like I wouldn’t wear the same jeans if I was doing yard work and shit, probably. But if I’m just going to do some shopping, or just going to a friends house to chill, I don’t see the need to have to wash them jeans right away.

I know that sweat has salt that can get coarse and tear through threads, what then? just hose wash?

Man, I learned something new! Wow!

I would actually where just two or three pairs of jeans for up to two weeks without washing them.

May as well use soap at that point.

Just buy a new pair every week OP, throw the old pair away.

If you are feeling charitable, throw the old ones into the clothes recycling bins.

dude, I ain’t sweating sea salts and jagged glass and shit.

It really doesn’t take much sweat to dry up and start attacking clothing, especially if you are active.

I wash mine after every use. I personally like knowing that I am clean.

Since now I know is “enviromental friendly” to not wash your jeans I’ll probably be washing my jeans at least once week… most of the work is done by my washing machine anyways

(and by “washing machine” I mean that old puerto rican lady that lives in my basement)

Well, BeGuiled, what does The Bible say about wearing jeans? First, are you a woman? 'Cause The Bible condemns women wearing jeans. So there’s your first problem. And if you’re a man, you need to consider how the jeans make you look even when they are clean. Jesus said that he could make you clean by washing your outer garments in the blood of the lamb. Do you have blood on your jeans? If not, then I suggest that you start cutting yourself and allow the blood to drop onto your jeans. That will hold you over until you can get a hold of a lamb. There should be sites on The Internet where you may be able to purchase one, but I advise you to research local laws before you begin cutting your lamb. Unless you mean to eat it afterwards, which would make it okay, and for that I can provide you with some good recipes.

you realize denim is the shit that prospectors used for tent’s, right? It’s not exactly yoga pants material.

Not washing your clothes is only feasible if you never sweat/do actual work. So basically only women and bitch niggas.

You can always just cut the lamb while filming it and call it a porn to avoid any problem with sanitary laws

I haven’t washed a single pair of jeans in over a year.

I don’t wear jeans that often, so they don’t need that much washing. In fact, I can’t remember the last time I bought a pair.

Relevant.

everytime I see this discussion, its people speculating that not washing your jeans regularly MUST make them smell, or questioning how they possibly couldn’t smell, but they clearly have no idea cause they’ve never tried it. i always love the comments about how unwashed jeans must smell like shit, as if people who don’t wash their jeans also don’t wear underwear or wipe their ass.

I don’t exercise in my jeans, and even if I’m wearing jeans in hot weather, they never get saturated in sweat the same way a t shirt would. plus if you’re wearing your jeans on your hips, you’ve got a nice clearance between ballsweat and jeans.

I’m just remembering the times when I rode bmx that I’d get swamp ass and my jeans would get drenched in ass/leg/thigh sweat. Also when I was in Iraq for the military, the sweat would act like starch and my uniforms would get blow outs from the saturation. There has to be a line to be drawn that you gotta wash your pants. I remember my buddy would surprise his girlfriend by wrapping his jeans he didn’t wash for 6 months around her face with the crotch-grundle part to her nose and she automatically started dry heaving and salivating. It can get nasty.

I rarely wear the same one twice without a wash.

I have like 20 pairs tho. don’t need to do laundry too often.
