Ultra 2 at the end of a medium or strong scissor kick = automatic Ultra. Always do the trick since every Bison User just want to get close on you for close fight.
Fuerte New Ultra is a sure hit with a lot of blocked super moves… extremely dangerous.

Was facing a killer Fuerte last night - my Juri didn’t stand a chance.
After a few matches, I managed to hold my own. l.Pinwheel’s seem to be the most effective. Also, keeping hold of a h.fuhajin helps - as fuerte loves to jump in the air too. Dive kicking helps for running spam.

With that you can stop splash attacks,slides,and gaps in RSF.Warning if baited prepare for pain.
Now you don’t need a Get out of jail card to beat Elf.
1:Rush that ass down.There alot of diffents ways Elf can be played.But all ways still require them to think 10 moves ahead.they have to think about every move you make and a way to counter it.So get to them before they can think.
2:Don’t jump and jump and wait jump.Elf has air control.Air thorw and his ex Dp grab are deadly.Also Ultra.JUmp wisey
3:WATCH elf meter.if he has meter there a good chance he will ex run to get away it can take up to 4 hit.so when he get meter throw more on knockdown.Also Elf Ultra punish alot.Ryu fireball PUNISHED so when Elf has Ultra be catuions.
4:Dont do stuipd SHIT.sStuipd Shit = RSF not a good look
5:You need pantice wait for him to mess up sp you can punish hard
6:Elf main game plan is my games.Dont let it get to you.his dash has Three splash,slide,and tortido.block slide,jump tortido, and Back dash works bestk but it depends some times you have to dash forward splash.if he misses one of these attack you get a free hit with right move.
7.Dont let him fool you.Elf jumping of the wall is his fastest and safest way on getting in.
8.Elf has a few trick up his sleeve.He has moves that can go thou you so charge charcters watch out.also he has a reset in the coner.Dont be in the coner period it not good for you but you want elf in the coner .Keep him there i know easy said then done but trust me his options drop alot .
9.Elf’new style Speedy Gonzales Run Stop String.If a good ELf caughts you with this its game over.all you can do is pray and wait till he messup.
10.ELF is the one of the most underlook charcters in the game.so if you lose its ok

im pretty sure i could beat u with ryu akuma or dudley which ever u prefer or i could play u in a mirror and lock u down.
lol this thread is still going people should be more interested in a how to beat rufus or akuma thread since those characters actually win tournaments
But then again, Akuma is really common so people don’t have a problem learning his match-up and not a whole lot of people know how to play Rufus very well, ironically. So the tactics against those two aren’t too hard to know. Fuerte, however, is uncommon and can easily fuck you over if you don’t know how to fight him.
Have you guys ever thought that this benifits players fighting international El Fuertes? We gotta share some secrets or we gonna end up like SB5 Redemption and EVO all over again. Share the love, and the beat down.

Except that Ultra Spark goes under fireballs. He should’ve also mentioned that it has a 3 frame startup meaning each Ryu should avoid using anything unsafe on block.
