Do not mistake the game’s A.I as a comparable opponent to that of a well-rounded human player. Being able to beat the computer doesn’t really speak for your skill at all.
Also, you can’t possibly believe that 2 days of practice is comparable to those who have been doing this for years.
Biggest lie ever. I don’t think desk’s “combo glitch videos” and his practitioner skills make him a great player. No diss on desk, the point I’m trying to make is that practice doesn’t alone make you a great player.
I think I’m sticking with sakura, she’s really fun to use and I finally won a match with her, and using the analog stick is really helping too…except when your on the right side…that’s a pain for some reason
Yeah. I use a stick, but when I have to use a pad I use the analogs as well. Makes things much smoother once you get used to it.
Good to see you’ve found a character. I don’t know much about her myself but you should head over to the Sakura threads and soak up everything you can.
Practice and experience. For example, Abel’s main BnB combo requires the ability to pull off 1 frame links. I practice for at least 30 minutes a day. If I have more time, I practice for 2 hours a day.
It’s the grind son. Just grind grind grind grind grind and then grind some more.
Also, if you’re new, do NOT use Evil Ryu. He’s not newb friendly, mang.
my dad is a chess champion and he taught me since i was 6,
and when i was 8 i apply that game tactical concept and strategies to street fighter 1 and sf world warrior 2,
and i continue to adapt the same way till today…in ssfivae,
keep practice…means practice smart,
when you learn basic denfend…master to block and guessing your oppponent moves.
when you learn basic offense…master to mix-up your moves and barrage your attacks.
i am practicing all day last 16 months , watching tons of videos, analizing match ups and i still cant say i am good… and you wonder why aren’t you geting better after 2 days of training ???
get to training room and STFU !!!
