By Dudley?
I find Dudley to be quite glitchy sometimes. He somehow forces you to stand up and I get sweeped.
One of many examples:
EX: jump in fierce -> jab (block string) -> SWEEP

In every matchup, in every game.
Question: Does offending character have an instant overhead or a standing overhead?
If the answer is no: When they’re on the ground, always block low.
If the answer is yes: (e.g. Ryu’s f+mp or Dudley’s f+hk?), then learn to look for signals they’re going to do said overhead, but otherwise, ALWAYS BLOCK LOW.

Yeah it’s slow on paper but it’s one of those moves that says fuck frame data! the amount of times i’ve seen pros hit by jump in HP, sweep or cr.Lp, Sweep is crazy
dudley’s sweep is sort of awkward. i think i know what you mean. it’s weirdly slow and the animation is kind of misleading.

Hold the down back, don’t attempt to “Just defend” or parry or something. +1 on block, but what’re ya gonna do.

“Jab tick” leaves plenty of openings there. Jump fierce to cr Roundhouse won’t combo or anything.
Hitstun can force standing for a certain number of frames or something?
Don’t think its that huge if it actually does happen.
