Whenever Guile does the c. HK it’s a free DP, if you have two bars of EX it’s an ultra too. In regards to wake up flash kick, try walking into him then blocking as he gets up, or do an empty cross-up early, then punish with something like c.hp, DP. If you bait him or punish the c.HK enough he’ll stop doing it, that’s when you can start going for things like cross-ups because he’ll be too worried about throwing out a wake up FK.
but after they whiff a flashkick, all attacks are unblockable. dont give that up certain damage for possible damage.
You could start by not calling them scrubs. They’re using one of the worst characters in the game.

I would usually opt for the certain damage, but I guess I could think of a few situations where I might go for the safe jump setup, such as if I was really behind on life and knew I had to make a huge comeback. Especially if the time on the clock was low…then in that situation is a “go for broke” scenario where I would forward throw, then followup with an opt select safe jump against a backdash/reversal.
But that is all theory fighter, in tourney matches I pretty much always go for the certain damage.
